Okay, so I'm pretty lame I guess...

Thu Sep 30, 2010, 11:14 PM
I promise I'll update more often, I just get so darn busy!! (Darn busy doing a lot of awesome stuff... but that's for a later journal!)
I started practicing my Photoshop-fu every night after work, so hopefully, I'll be submitting stuff at least once a week!

Over the past few months, I have become increasingly bothered at my lack of skill in drawing human variation.  Seriously, looking through all my sketchbooks, I have noticed a trend of about six different face types and even fewer body types that I can draw with ease.  This makes pretty much everything I draw look creepily clone-ish.  My goal in practicing with Photoshop every night is two-fold: first, having Photoshop-fu is great, and second I want to be able to draw unique characters and try new styles of character creation.

I've uploaded a tidbit of what I've been messing around with over the past few weeks.  There is more where that came from, but I'm too lazy to upload everything right now...

Peace!
